Our roast chicken is brined, aged, and stuffed with porchini butter for that golden bronze hue. Eloquent, yet approachable.

Each roast chicken is approximately 1.8kg+ and serves up to 5-6 pax for sharing. Supplement this purchase with the rest of our Christmas offerings for a warm and hearty festive meal!

Stuffing Ingredients:

• Parsley butter
• Lemon
• Garlic
• Herbs.

Each roast is accompanied with Chicken Jus and Dijon Mustard.
